About These Terms These terms and conditions govern your use of cotswoldgrowth.com and any services provided by Cotswold Growth Co. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Our Services Cotswold Growth Co provides web design, local SEO, Google Ads management, social media management, email marketing, ad design and print design services to businesses across the Cotswolds and surrounding areas.

Quotes and Pricing All quotes provided by Cotswold Growth Co are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are exclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for projects where the scope changes significantly from what was originally agreed.

Payment Terms Payment terms will be confirmed in writing before any work begins. For one-off projects, we typically require a 50% deposit before work commences with the remaining balance due on completion. Monthly retainer fees are invoiced in advance and due within 14 days of the invoice date.

What We Need From You To deliver our services effectively, we may require you to provide content, images, login details, feedback and approvals in a timely manner. Delays caused by late provision of required materials may affect project timelines and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the client.

Intellectual Property Upon receipt of full payment, all design work and website files produced by Cotswold Growth Co become the property of the client. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Revisions The number of revisions included in any project will be agreed in writing before work begins. Additional revisions beyond those agreed may be charged at our standard hourly rate.

Monthly Services Monthly retainer services operate on a rolling monthly contract. Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. Cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund of any fees already paid.

Our 90 Day Promise If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our work within the first 90 days, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue. Our 90 Day Promise covers amendments and revisions to work already completed and does not entitle the client to a full or partial refund.

Liability Cotswold Growth Co will always endeavour to deliver work to the highest standard. However, we cannot guarantee specific results from SEO, Google Ads or social media campaigns as these are influenced by factors outside our control including search engine algorithm changes and market competition. Our liability is limited to the value of fees paid for the specific service in question.

Third Party Services Some of our services involve the use of third party platforms including Google, Meta, Mailchimp and WordPress. We are not responsible for changes, outages or policy updates made by these platforms that may affect the delivery of our services.
